Almond hair mask for silky, shiny, and dazzling hair

Models of shampoo advertisements always flaunt their long silky-like hairs; however, no matter how much we try and no matter how big amounts of shampoo we use, our hair never turns out to be as silky as theirs. If we turn a blind eye on the fact that these commercials use tons of photo editing tricks and software programs, we can conclude the obvious: Only a healthy hair can be soft and silky. If your hair has been causing you lots of troubles and you have the unstoppable need to flaunt it like a winning lottery ticket in front of the world, then this hair mask is just the thing for you.

Almonds for deep hair nourishment

Almonds have the unique ability to deliver deep nourishment to the hair that is dry, fragile, and breakable as a result from the improper hair care that we have been subjecting it to. Poor diet can also take its toll on your hair and skin, and when these factors come together, they create one giant mess we call a bad hair day. Unfortunately, if we keep on abusing our hair, a bad hair day can turn into a bad hair week, bad hair month and ultimately into a bad hair year. Luckily, nature has provided us with everything to look dazzling, and in this case, all we need is a full cup of almonds, one full cup of warm milk, and a kitchen blender.

The coveted recipe

The recipe that will provide you with hair that is strong, soft, and Rapunzel silky-like is extremely easy. You will need one glass bowl in which you will place 100 grams of almonds and which you will soak them with a cup of hot milk. As soon as the almonds are happily swimming in the milk, you will cover the bowl with plastic foil and leave the mixture overnight. The next day you will give your kitchen blender the task of turning the mixture into one paste with a thick consistency. Then pour the almond paste into a heatproof bowl and put it in a pre-heated oven at 50 degrees Celsius. When the mask is warm (try it first with your fingers directly, never put it on before testing the temperature), apply it on your hair, and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Then wash your hair as usual and allow yourself to be amazed by the curative propensities of this mask. For better results, use this hair mask three times a week.

Do you think that homemade almond milk paste is better than the commercial dry hair treatments?
